Accordingly, we have activated our business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted services to you. We realize that your legal matters and your communication with us are imperative. As a reminder, you have several options you can count on to engage with us, including, but not limited to, the following:
Weil & Drage has been a paperless office for over eight years, with all of its lawyers, paralegals, and key staff having remote access via state-of-the-art technology products. This allows us to quickly pivot to the ever-changing recommendations for the health, safety, and welfare of everyone, so that we can continue to address your legal matters without interruption.
Currently, our three offices remain open and operational, with all employees having the option of working remotely at full capacity. Our receptionist continues to answer the phones to connect you to the person you wish to reach. As circumstances evolve, we suggest that the best way to reach your lawyer is to send an email. If you need to talk with your lawyer, simply send an email to your lawyer requesting a telephone call and you will receive a prompt response. Lawyers, paralegals, and staff will be reaching out as appropriate and providing you with cell phone numbers so that you can reach your team directly, if, for some reason, you do not already have this information. And, of course, we have the capability to collaborate on-line via various programs.

Your lawyer(s) will update you in the event your matter(s) is impacted in any way, including, but not limited, to any court closures, recommended or mandated continuations, delays, etc.
