AIA Nevada/NSBAIDRD Presentation – Mediation for Design Professionals: How Did We Get Here?
Christine is excited to jointly present “Mediation for Design Professionals: How Did We Get Here?” on November 4, 2022 for the Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design and Residential Design, in partnership with AIA Nevada.
Most design professionals have little experience with construction litigation involving claims and damages for alleged design and construction defects and/or delays, cost overruns, accidents and even death, let alone Mediation, a process through which such claims are resolved.
This seminar is intended to provide a general overview of construction litigation with an emphasis on the Mediation process. My co-presenters are Paul J. Weinberg, attorney and mediator at PJW Mediation, along with Kevin J. McGrath, attorney and Vice President of Professional Services at Risk Strategies.
