Geoffrey Crisp is a Partner at W&D Law. He has a broad range of comprehensive litigation experience representing clients in both state and federal court. His extensive background includes construction matters, employment matters (wrongful termination, sexual harassment, claims of discrimination based upon national origin, sex, gender identity, religion, and age), real estate disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, intellectual property matters (patent infringement and copyright infringement), attorneys’ fees disputes, representation of creditors in bankruptcy matters, as well as claims arising under the California Talent Agencies Act before the California Labor Commissioner. Geoff has experience in all aspects of litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and he is licensed to practice in California and Nevada.

Represented a law firm in an appeal in Steven M. Garber & Associates v. Eskandarian (2007) 150 Cal.App.4th 813, 59 Cal.Rptr.3d 1, in which the Court of Appeal upheld the trial court’s granting of the law firm’s motion for terminating sanctions and resulting default judgment based on appellants’ failure to respond to discovery propounded by the law firm.
