Tyler S. Sanders is an attorney at W&D Law. Tyler’s practice includes defense of design and construction professionals in a wide variety of cases. During law school, Tyler played an integral role in the management of a structural engineering firm, both from a finance and contract drafting and negotiation standpoint. He also worked closely with a senior engineer on glass storefronts and custom glazing systems for commercial and residential applications, which allowed him to understand the complexities of engineering design and construction.
Beyond law school, Tyler gained extensive experience in contract and partnership dispute resolution, as well as complex bankruptcy matters. Tyler has broad knowledge of and familiarity with the construction industry giving him a unique insight into legal matters relating to design and construction professionals. Tyler’s formal and practical education in finance and computer infrastructure enables him to look at a design firm’s business practices holistically.
